Araize AI Privacy Policy

Araize AI ("we") provides an AI workspace at araize.ai for analyzing documents and data, research, and creating slides. Contact: contact@speediitcorp.com.

What we collect

Account details needed to sign you in (such as phone number, email, name, and account ID); content you upload or enter (files, prompts, chats, projects); basic usage and technical logs; and, if you subscribe, billing status from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use it

We use this information to run and secure the Service, process your requests with AI tools, support you, handle subscriptions, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

AI and training

We send content to third-party AI providers only to generate results for your requests (inference), including safety checks. We do not use your content to train Araize AI models, and we do not use Service inference to train on your data. Where available under provider terms, we configure providers not to train on your API content either.

Storage and sharing

Your account data and files are stored with cloud providers (including AWS), keyed to your account. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Araize AI (hosting, auth, AI, search when you use it, payments, and analytics if enabled), or when required by law.

Your choices

Email contact@speediitcorp.com to request access or deletion of your account data. We may keep limited records in backups or where the law requires.

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
